abroad

Photographing events outside Sofia:

For locations outside Sofia travel expenses should be covered - transport and lodging costs as well as 50lv. mission expenses.
For locations outside the country the prices are double.

According to the ZAPSP, the photographer owns the copyright to the photos he has created (Art. 5 and Art. 13). However, good commercial practice requires that I inform my future clients that by choosing me as your photographer, you give your consent to use the captured material in your portfolio, exhibitions, online, in print media or competitions. As the copyright holder, I hold that my name or another identifying author's mark must be indicated in an appropriate manner whenever my photos are used. (Art. 15, para. 1, item 4 ZAPSP) If commercial use is not agreed, then according to the ZAPSP, clients do not have the right to use the photos for commercial purposes, nor to transfer them to other persons who can use them for commercial purposes (Art. 42, para. 2).
